ingredients

  • 50g / half a cup porridge oats
  • 235ml / 1 cup hemp milk (or your choice)
  • 2 large handfuls / half a cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsps Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

make

  1. Mix everything together in a pan and cook on medium heat, stirring all the time, until it has thickened.
  2. Serve with more blueberries, almond butter and a drizzle of Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup.
